My expertise
Since 2021, I have been mentoring talented people - mostly young adults - on their path to professional and personal excellence. What sets me apart is my keen sense for talent: I often recognize potential when others do not yet see it. My aim is to promote this potential in a targeted manner and to get people to achieve great things - often far beyond what they would have thought possible for themselves.
In my work to date, I have been able to accompany coachees on impressive career paths. Some of them now hold titles such as "Head of Project Management" or lead multi-million euro projects with an international reach. I have supported managers to leave their comfort zone, develop themselves further and lead their team with new energy and inspiration.
My apporach to coaching/mentoring
Every collaboration starts with a free introductory session. It serves to find out whether the chemistry is right and whether we want to work together on your strengths and challenges. Because coaching is intensive, challenging and aims for real transformation.
Coaching
for me means active support: I provide impetus, show ways forward and formulate clear work packages. As a coach, I am the one who provides structure, prioritizes topics and ensures progress through active, constructive feedback. In line with established definitions, I see coaching as a targeted, time-limited process in which potential is developed and goals are achieved efficiently.
Mentoring
is something different for me: the focus here is on listening. I accompany mentees on their individual path, ask the right questions and give them food for thought. The mentee chooses the topics and defines the course - I am there to accompany them. Mentoring means long-term development, reflection and the sharing of experience.
In beiden Formaten geht es nicht um Fachwissen oder Hard Skills - außer es ist ausdrücklich gewünscht, etwa im Bereich Projektmanagement. Mein Fokus liegt auf Soft Skills wie emotionaler Intelligenz, Kommunikation, Stakeholder Management, Resilienz, Selbstvertrauen, Karriereplanung und Mindset. Ich helfe meinen Klient:innen, aus der Masse herauszustechen und zu den anerkannten, einflussreichen Personen in ihrem Unternehmen oder ihrer Branche zu werden.
