Partner Business Development
In my role as Partner Business Development, I support PROJEKTERFOLG in the strategic business development, positioning, and market development of AlignPRO®-based consulting services.
The focus is on identifying suitable target customers, generating qualified leads, and structured handover of potential mandates to management and the consulting team.
Key areas & responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a go-to-market and acquisition strategy for defined industries and target customer segments
- Identification, approach, and qualification of potential customers, as well as conducting initial meetings and needs analyses
- Close cooperation with management on offer, pitch, and workshop formats
- Structured handover of qualified leads, including documentation of needs, decision-making situation, and project context
- Support in positioning and communicating the AlignPRO® operating model in the acquisition phase
- Transparent documentation of acquisition and sales activities to ensure traceable collaboration
The position is an independent partner role without authority to conclude contracts or represent the company, with a clear focus on business development and strategic market development.
